What are your showroom hours?

Pacific Party Rental is open Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm and on Saturday from 9:00am - 1:00pm. Our staff is also available to visit your site to measure for large party or tent installations.

How do I place an order?

Our representatives will be happy to take your order over the telephone. It's helpful to familiarize yourself with available items on our website prior to calling.

What are your payment terms?

PPR requires a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) to reserve any items to rent. Payment can be made on delivery or pickup via cash, or check, the credit card provided, as security will be charged. Pacific Party Rental reserves the right to future use of credit card provided to cover late fees, shortage and damages.

How will I receive the rental items?

You have two options. You can come here to "will call" the items, or you can pay for delivery service. Generally, deliveries are made on a geographic basis according to our truck schedule. Our service includes unloading items to a ground level location. There will be additional charges for traversing rough terrain, going up and down stairs, or walking great distances from the truck. It is recommended for customers to be present, however we will still drop off rentals inside your gate. Pickup will occur the following Monday or Tuesday. Please leave equipment stacked in same location as drop off. PLEASE REMEMBER TO CALL THE GATE IF NECESSARY!

What is your cancellation policy?

No charge for cancellations made five days prior to the morning of the event. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be made due to weather since items are unavailable to be rented to other customers. Management may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

How do I care for equipment after use?

Please rinse china, flatware and glassware and put back in crate. Linens should not be washed - just leave with other rental items for pickup. Please do not place soiled linens in bags, as this will cause mildew.

What if an item is damaged or missing from my order upon return?

PPR will contact you regarding the replacement cost of items rented. We will assess a repair fee for any damaged items that we deem repairable.
